Chief Executive Officer
I’ve been in the Fire Protection industry for 11 years, but have excelled in Customer Service for 20 years. I’m ecstatic to take a leap with this team and our goals to make something different, something better! I have an amazing wife and several wonderful children, and have a growing farm with 8 dairy goats (and hopefully a horse soon) that all provide me with a meditative grounding. My mentors include my Dad and Tim Ferriss (Tools of Titans), but I believe you can learn something from everyone. We’re highly vested in what we’re delivering to our customers through hard work and a dedication to innovation because that’s what motivates us!
Chief Operations Officer
I have been in the fire suppression industry for over 23 years, and love creatively solving problems and the sense of accomplishment that comes with this trade. I love having the opportunity to help create something so amazing and I can’t imagine a better team to be working with! My wife and I have been together since high school and we have two amazing teenagers who we enjoy spending time with over camping, fishing, and traveling. I treat my work as I do my personal lifestyle – work hard to be a great husband, father, friend, and to leave this world better in one way or another.
Chief Operations Officer
I’ve worked on all facets of fire alarm systems for over 17 years, after moving from California to Colorado in 2001. I have a NICET IV certification and have handled everything from installation, service, estimating, management, and operations. When I’m not with my wife and two young daughters, my hobbies include snowboarding, endurance running, and surfing. I’m happy to be working with some of the most experienced people in the industry who share a common passion for keeping people safe!
Director of Business Development.
I have been with this team for over 6 years, and I feel blessed to be with a group who all care so much about excellence. My goal in this venture is to use my ingenuity to perfect procedures, communication, and the overall customer experience because that’s what I look for when I’m a customer. The culture this team has allows us to love what we do, and it really shows in our relationships with our customers. Outside of Integrity Fire, I'm usually disc golfing, playing acoustic guitar, beating Eric Williams in ping pong, and enjoying the journey along with my wonderful wife of raising our first beautiful baby girl.
Chief Information Officer
I am thrilled to be with like-minded individuals who love to deliver the highest value to clients. Being new to the industry, I’m excited to learn from all the people on our team through their vast knowledge base, and to use my entrepreneurial skills contribute in major executive decisions. One of my outside passions is coaching high school basketball, which has taught me so much about how to be a better teammate in running a business as well. I’m thrilled with the group that has been put together, and truly appreciate that the service we provide helps in keeping our community safe!
Director of Testing Operations
I have 12 years in this industry and have worked hard to master my craft, obtaining several certifications including NICET and fire alarm, extinguisher, and sprinkler licenses in the Denver and surrounding Colorado areas. My true devotion in life is in my relationship with my son, and one thing I’ve really taken pride in is coaching him in high-level competitive baseball for several years. I hope to bring my values of ethics, how to treat people, and the ideals of hard work to this team, which were passed onto me from my strongest mentors: my father and stepfather.
Director of Fire Alarm Operations
I’ve been working around electronics since ‘84 and quickly found my way into the fire alarm trade. I understand a customer’s fears when a fire alarm system is not working properly, and have a natural ability in creating positive relationships by using a calm demeanor in solving problems. I believe firmly in having work-life balance and in my spare time, I recharge my soul by exploring, off-roading, or spending time with my children in the backyard. I feel fortunate to have found a few people that I would happily go into battle with, and look forward to creating a new paradigm in this industry.
Director of Sprinkler Operations
I have been in this industry for over 9 years and my certifications include being Denver Journeyman, State Sprinkler Fitter, and an ASSE Backflow license. I feel fortunate to really love what I do and to know that my work directly helps in saving lives. I look forward to bringing the same passion and dedication to this team that I apply to my daily life, including my wife and three children. I believe the group we have assembled here at Integrity Fire Safety Services is the most experienced, dedicated, and determined team that I have ever had the opportunity to be a part of.
Chief Financial Officer
I have been in the fire protection industry for 4 years, and prior to that was already building a diverse skill-set in corporate accounting, systems, human resources, and problem-solving of any nature. I’m excited to be on a team that takes great pride in our ability to address customer needs in a prompt, professional, accurate, and complete manner. Outside of work, I enjoy climbing, biking, and pretty much any outdoor activity. I appreciate the opportunities this industry provides, and the strong family bond and cohesion our team has as we pursue fulfillment in our individual and team goals!
Director of Fire Alarm Operations
I began as an electrician but was then led to the fire alarm trade, starting in installation but quickly finding my skills and calling as a proficient, problem-solving service technician. I’ve joined this team for the freedom to have a say in our future, and because I don’t think I could find a better group to work with. Outside of work I like to give my wife a hard time when she’s not doing social work, visit my sister in New Mexico playing cards and eating amazing food, and playing with my son Calvin and help him with his karate. I look forward to bring my ideas and skills in raising the standards in this industry.
Director of Sprinkler Operations
I’ve worked in the fire sprinkler industry for 18 years and have seen it all from tenant finish, construction, service, and testing. I hold several certifications including three Denver licenses, ASSE Backflow license, State Backflow Contractor, and ICC Fire Inspector 1 License. I cannot say how thankful I am to have such a supportive wife and two amazing young boys which continuously make me a stronger person. I’ve chosen to join this team because of the strength, knowledge, and professionalism I see in it and I look forward to helping create the best provider in the area, and of course to have fun doing it!
Director of Marketing and Technology
I’ve been in the Life Safety industry for 5 years doing installation, service, and testing on both fire alarm and sprinkler systems. I’m a Colorado native and love fishing and hiking, as well as doing design and home improvement on the side. I’ve chosen to partner with Integrity Fire because of the wealth of expertise and because it’s a fantastic group of people who take pride in every aspect of their work. I believe communication with our customers is integral to the relationship’s success, and I’m happy to apply my work ethic and values to ensure our customers feel protected, safe, and informed!
Director of Fire Alarm Estimating
I’ve been in the fire protection industry for 12 years and actually started as an electrician, but it wasn't long before I found my way into the fire alarm industry. I began as a technician, installing systems, performing retrofits, and performing testing. Then 8 years ago I began estimating and never looked back. I couldn't be more excited about getting to work with this great group of like-minded individuals. This is the A-Team of fire protection and I’m proud to be a part of it. In my spare time I love partaking in all the wonderful outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. I snowboard, ski, hike, camp, fish, ice fish, play kickball, and golf of course! I’m also a champion of Halloween, having put on an amazing free haunted house for many years. I keep a good balance in my life with my wonderful wife and two children.
Director of Fire Sprinkler Estimating
I’ve been in the fire sprinkler industry for 11 years and have experienced it all from sprinkler tenant finish and construction, to service, to testing, and most recently to estimating. I began my career with this team years ago, and I’m honored to be back with a group of individuals who share the same passion, respect and dedication to the fire protection industry as I do, and I look forward to creating the new industry standard in this Colorado Market. In my spare time, I immerse myself into music production, but also spend my fair share of time fishing, camping, gathering with friends and traveling to Phoenix to visit my nephews.
Operations Administration Manager
I’ve been in fire protection for 2 years, but my past as an HVAC dispatcher and CDOT Engineering Administrator suited me well for the customer service industry we’re in. I’ve finally found my home and I’m very blessed to work with such a talented, hardworking and dedicated group. I’m looking forward to a great future with this team and the amazing customers we serve! Outside of work I love spending time with my family. I’m a Colorado Native who has raised two amazing young men. One is now in the fire protection field as well and the other is in the auto body and paint industry. My favorite hobbies are spending time with my family, helping to build their cars and to work on my project...a 1976 Chevy Pickup.
Director of Design and Engineering
I ‘ve been doing this since 2003 and my specialties are the design of fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and special hazard systems. I don’t shy away from challenging projects, I actually enjoy them the most! I’m currently working on my NICET and hope in a couple years to be an FPE (Fire Protection Engineer) as well. This is all possible because of how everyone in this group works together and supports each other, and I know we can lean on each other to solve any problem. Personally, I am a husband and father of twin boys, so I know that nothing will ever be harder than raising them. I hope to provide them with experiences that I never got and give them a great future. In my spare time I like to watch football (Go Broncos!), play games, go to movies, and spend time at the park with my kids!
Director of Fire Alarm Installation
I have been in the fire alarm industry for 15 years and I love what I do, especially with this team that I’ve actually been around for many years! I love the construction side of the industry, and specialize in tenant finish projects, retrofits and elevator modernization projects, and I welcome the obstacles and challenges that come with the job because I’m great at solving those issues. I have an amazing wife who really does the hard work in our family, staying at home and taking care of our newest family addition, our son Lincoln who was born March of 2018. I couldn’t imagine my world without him - at this stage, we enjoy long walks and lots of tummy time! Outside of work and family, I love working on home improvement and upgrades, and am working towards completing my project of rebuilding a 1971 Nova.
