Eric Williams
Chief Executive Officer
I’ve been in the Fire Protection industry for 11 years, but have excelled in Customer Service for 20 years. I’m ecstatic to take a leap with this team and our goals to make something different, something better! I have an amazing wife and several wonderful children, and have a growing farm with 8 dairy goats (and hopefully a horse soon) that all provide me with a meditative grounding. My mentors include my Dad and Tim Ferriss (Tools of Titans), but I believe you can learn something from everyone. We’re highly vested in what we’re delivering to our customers through hard work and a dedication to innovation because that’s what motivates us!
Larry Hatt
Chief Operations Officer
I have been in the fire suppression industry for over 23 years, and love creatively solving problems and the sense of accomplishment that comes with this trade. I love having the opportunity to help create something so amazing and I can’t imagine a better team to be working with! My wife and I have been together since high school and we have two amazing teenagers who we enjoy spending time with over camping, fishing, and traveling. I treat my work as I do my personal lifestyle – work hard to be a great husband, father, friend, and to leave this world better in one way or another.
Sam Young
Chief Operations Officer
I’ve worked on all facets of fire alarm systems for over 17 years, after moving from California to Colorado in 2001. I have a NICET IV certification and have handled everything from installation, service, estimating, management, and operations. When I’m not with my wife and two young daughters, my hobbies include snowboarding, endurance running, and surfing. I’m happy to be working with some of the most experienced people in the industry who share a common passion for keeping people safe!
Mark Musgrove
Alarm Monitoring Manager
I’ve been working around electronics since ‘84 and quickly found my way into the fire alarm trade. I understand a customer’s fears when a fire alarm system is not working properly, and have a natural ability in creating positive relationships by using a calm demeanor in solving problems. I believe firmly in having work-life balance and in my spare time, I recharge my soul by exploring, off-roading, or spending time with my children in the backyard. I feel fortunate to have found a few people that I would happily go into battle with, and look forward to creating a new paradigm in this industry.
Matt Miller
Chief Financial Officer
I have been in the fire protection industry for 4 years, and prior to that was already building a diverse skill-set in corporate accounting, systems, human resources, and problem-solving of any nature. I’m excited to be on a team that takes great pride in our ability to address customer needs in a prompt, professional, accurate, and complete manner. Outside of work, I enjoy climbing, biking, and pretty much any outdoor activity. I appreciate the opportunities this industry provides, and the strong family bond and cohesion our team has as we pursue fulfillment in our individual and team goals!
Barry Martinez
Sprinkler Service Manager
I’ve worked in the fire sprinkler industry for 18 years and have seen it all from tenant finish, construction, service, and testing. I hold several certifications including three Denver licenses, ASSE Backflow license, State Backflow Contractor, and ICC Fire Inspector 1 License. I cannot say how thankful I am to have such a supportive wife and two amazing young boys which continuously make me a stronger person. I’ve chosen to join this team because of the strength, knowledge, and professionalism I see in it and I look forward to helping create the best provider in the area, and of course to have fun doing it!
Cody Refosco
Testing & Inspections Manager
I’ve been in the Life Safety industry for 8 years doing installation, service, and testing on both fire alarm and sprinkler systems. I’m a Colorado native and love fishing and hiking, as well as doing design and home improvement on the side. I’ve chosen to partner with Integrity Fire because of the wealth of expertise and because it’s a fantastic group of people who take pride in every aspect of their work. I believe communication with our customers is integral to the relationship’s success, and I’m happy to apply my work ethic and values to ensure our customers feel protected, safe, and informed!
Steve Friedman
Fire Alarm Estimating Lead
I’ve been in the fire protection industry for 12 years and actually started as an electrician, but it wasn't long before I found my way into the fire alarm industry. I began as a technician, installing systems, performing retrofits, and performing testing. Then 8 years ago I began estimating and never looked back. I couldn't be more excited about getting to work with this great group of like-minded individuals. This is the A-Team of fire protection and I’m proud to be a part of it. In my spare time I love partaking in all the wonderful outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. I snowboard, ski, hike, camp, fish, ice fish, play kickball, and golf of course! I’m also a champion of Halloween, having put on an amazing free haunted house for many years. I keep a good balance in my life with my wonderful wife and two children.
Kevin Tierney
Sprinkler Estimating Lead
I’ve been in the fire sprinkler industry for 11 years and have experienced it all from sprinkler tenant finish and construction, to service, to testing, and most recently to estimating. I began my career with this team years ago, and I’m honored to be back with a group of individuals who share the same passion, respect and dedication to the fire protection industry as I do, and I look forward to creating the new industry standard in this Colorado Market. In my spare time, I immerse myself into music production, but also spend my fair share of time fishing, camping, gathering with friends and traveling to Phoenix to visit my nephews.
Gary Wyroski
Alarm Installation Supervisor
I have been in the fire alarm industry for 15 years and I love what I do, especially with this team that I’ve actually been around for many years! I love the construction side of the industry, and specialize in tenant finish projects, retrofits and elevator modernization projects, and I welcome the obstacles and challenges that come with the job because I’m great at solving those issues. I have an amazing wife who really does the hard work in our family, staying at home and taking care of our newest family addition, our son Lincoln who was born March of 2018. I couldn’t imagine my world without him - at this stage, we enjoy long walks and lots of tummy time! Outside of work and family, I love working on home improvement and upgrades, and am working towards completing my project of rebuilding a 1971 Nova.
